Before scheduling a shipment, you have to get a confirmation from the Projekt manager responsible for the event you are going to attend regarding; delivery date, at what time, and to which address you should send your shipment. Please note that the delivery address and the address to the venue will not always be the same. During the hight of the event season we will have to change the regular delivery address in order to not interfere with ongoing events.

Because of this, it is very important that you contact us before each shipment. Please note that we cannot accept deliveries at times other than those you have been assigned by the Project manager. Münchenbryggeriet Event & Conference is not responsible for materials that are:

• Delivered outside of the assigned date and time
• Delivered to the wrong address
• Marked incorrectly
• Left after an event without prior approval from the Project manager
• Not equipped with shipping labels

If you have received permission from the Project manager to leave shipments at the venue after an event, you have to equip all pallets/packages with shipping labels. If you have received permission to leave shipments at the venue, but have not equipped these with the correct shipping labels, we will charge 1 000 sek ex VAT per pallet/package. If you want us to help you with printing the shipping labels, we will charge 1 000 sek ex VAT per shipping label.

ADDITIONAL LABELLING

If the address field on the shipping label is limited you will have to do an additional marking on you shipments with the following information (se example below). This is in order to make sure that you shipment is delivered correctly.
