Weapons, alcohol, bottles, sharp objects and objects that is a danger to  the public such as umbrellas and laser pointers may not be taken into the concert venue. System camera and selfie stick are left at home. Also note that sometimes there is a total photo prohibition on certain concerts, so check with the organizer what is applicable.

We are not responsible for umbrellas and other loose items left outside the event center.

Search is performed to prevent dangerous and prohibited objects from entering the arenas.

We open the doors 1.5 hours – 1 hour before the event begins. We ask you to arrive in good time and to be ready with valid identification and ticket when you are in the queue.

We have staffed cloakrooms. The service is optional and the fee is 40 SEK. We take cash, card and swish.

For your safety, we ask all guests how carry larger bags, jackets and umbrellas to leave it in our guarded cloakrroms.

If you have lost or forgot anything in the venue, please contact our office at tel. 08-658 20 00. The office hours is: Mon-Fri between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

If you need to contact us after office hours, please contact info@m-b.se. Then, provide complete information about what you miss and enter the event’s date and name.

Lost/forgotten valuables are submitted to the police one week after the event, other forgotten items will be stored for 2 weeks.

We can not guarantee that lost/forgotten things are found.

Unfortunately, you can not withdraw cash from us. The nearest ATM is located in the corner Hornsgatan / Torkel Knutssonsgatan, adjacent to Handelsbanken.

To find out what applies to the event you are visiting, we recommend that you contact the organizer of the event. You can find the contact details of the organizers on the respective events page. It is the organizer who decides whether photo prohibition prevails. Münchenbryggeriet does not take these decisions.

There is an elevator from the foyer (street level) to the concert hall (level 1).

If you have booked a wheelchair ticket through the ticket agent will have access to a dedicated area for a better view.

Yes, in the concert hall there is handicap toilets on both floors (street level + level 1).

No, we only offer standing tickets. If required, we recommend you to purchase a wheelchair ticket at the ticket agent.

Tickets for events are sold through ticket agents that are linked through our event pages.

We recommend that you only buy tickets through authorized agents. We always refer to authorized dealers on each event page.

If the concert isn’t sold out, we sell tickets in the entrance.

The age limit of 18 years applies to all concerts unless otherwise stated. You must have reached the age of 18 years (not the year you fill in) to get in. This age limit also applies when attending with an adult or guardian. We check the identification at the door at the entrance.

We serve alcohol at all our concerts, which means we may ask you to show your id card once again at the bar.
